إطلاق منظومة الكترونية لتبرع الموظف من مستحقاته اختياريا للأسر الفقيرة
أعلنت وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في غزة، عن إطلاق منظومة الكترونية على بوابة الخدمات الالكترونية الخاصة بالموظفين وذلك ضمن المبادرة الاختيارية “عيلة واحدة”.
وقالت الوزارة في بيان لها اليوم الاثنين، إن هذه المبادرة تقدمت بها لجنة من الموظفين لمساعدة الاسر الفقيرة من خلال تبرع الموظفين الاختياري من مستحقاتهم وسيتم تحويل الاموال المتبرع بها للجنة من خلال وزارة المالية للتمكن من التبرع فيها للأسر الفقيرة وفق اليات وشروط تحددها اللجنة.
وأشارت إلى أن الخدمة تمكن الموظف من التقدم بطلب إلكتروني للتبرع بمبلغ مالي من مستحقاته المالية لصالح الأسر المتعففة والمحتاجة.
وحول تعليمات الخدمة قالت الوزارة، إنه يجب على الموظف أن يكون لديه رصيد في الحافظة الإلكترونية حيث يجري التحقق من صاحب المعاملة من خلال ارسال كود تحقق الى رقم الجوال المسجل ضمن حساب الدخول الموحد للموظف.
وقالت إنه بعد اتمام عملية التسجيل واعتماد الطلب، يتم اشعار صاحب الطلب برسالة قصيرة ترسل على هاتفه المحمول، تفيد بإتمام العملية بنجاح كما توفر الخدمة امكانية الاطلاع على السجلات، التي تقدم بها الموظف سابقا.
وكانت الوزارة أطلقت سابقا منظومة الاستفادة من المستحقات التي تمكن الموظف من تسديد رسوم المعاملات الحكومية التي تقدمها الوزارات والمؤسسات عبر التسجيل الالكتروني.
وبينت الوزارة انه في حال وجود اي مشكلة فنية بالإمكان ارسال طلب دعم فني للجهات الفنية ليتم متابعة المشكلة، وذلك بالضغط على رابط الدعم الفني الموجود ضمن القائمة.
