الغندور : وعود بزيادة نسبة صرف رواتب موظفي غزة

قال نقيب الموظفين في قطاع غزة يعقوب الغندور ، إنهم تلقوا وعود من جهات رسمية بزيادة نسبة صرف رواتب الموظفين مع بداية العام الجديد .
وأضاف الغندور في حديثه  أنهم طالبوا بضرورة العمل على تحسين نسبة الصرف لتصل 70%، وصولًا لراتب كامل.
وأشار إلى أنه “لا معلومات عن زيادة النسبة حتى اللحظة، ولنا لقاءات مع  وزارة المالية بغزة خلال الأيام القريبة ، للحديث عن هذه القضية، وربما توضح الأمور أكثر”.
وطالب الغندور الجهات المسؤولة عن رواتب الموظفين بسرعة تنفيذ هذه المطالبات، وضرورة أن تكون الزيادة على الرواتب ملائمة ومناسبة لأوضاع الموظفين.
وتصرف وزارة المالية بغزة 40% من الراتب لنحو 45 ألف موظف عينتهم الحكومة التي كانت تديرها حركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس) في غزة ورفضت حكومة التوافق الاعتراف بشرعيتهم.
