المكونات:-

لتر حليب

أربع ملاعق نشأ

سكر حسب الذوق

أربع حبات مستكة مطحونة

مكسرات؛ مثل الجوز واللوز والفستق للزينة

رشة قرفة ” اختياري ”

ماء ورد مركّز ” اختياري ”

طريقة عمل السحلب :-

نغلي ثلاثة أرباع اللتر من الحليب على النار .

نضيف السكر والمستكة المطحونة والسحلب للحليب .

في الربع الباقي البارد من لتر الحليب، نذوب كمية النشأ .

بعد أن يغلي الحليب، نضيف مزيج الحليب مع النشأ بشكلٍ تدريجي، ونحرص على التحريك باستمرار.

نهدئ النار على الحليب، ونستمر بالتحريك مدة دقيقتين، حتى يتماسك المزيج جيداً .

الآن أصبح السحلب جاهزاً، نضعه في أكواب التقديم، ويقدم ساخناً، ونضع على وجه كل كوب سحلب، رشة قرفة، وجوز مبروش، ولوز مبروش، وبضعة نقاط من ماء الورد ” حسب الرغبة” .
