مجدلاني يتحدث عن تطورات وموعد صرف شيكات الشؤون
قال وزير التنمية الاجتماعية الدكتور أحمد مجدلاني، إن الوزارة تستعد لصرف دفعة جديدة كاملة من المخصصات النقدية للمستفيدين من برنامج الحماية الاجتماعية خلال الشهر القادم.
وأضاف مجدلاني في تصريح صحفي : بأن الوزارة وبالتعاون مع الاتحاد الأوروبي تحضر لصرف دفعة جديدة من المخصصات النقدية لأكثر من 110 آلاف أسرة مدرجة في البرنامج، بعد ثلاثة او أربعة أسابيع من الآن وذلك بعد انجاز جميع الإجراءات المتعلقة بذلك.
وتابع: “إن الوزارة أصبحت جاهزة وهي بانتظار انتهاء الإجراءات من جانب الاتحاد الأوروبي باعتباره ممولاً رئيسياً للبرنامج الذي تنفذه الوزارة”، معرباً عن أمله أن يتم الصرف في الموعد المذكور.
أما فيما يتعلق بانتظام عمليات صرف الدفعات النقدية التي حجبت بشكل شبه كامل خلال العامين الأخيرين باستثناء نصف دفعة تم صرفها العام الماضي، بالإضافة إلى مبلغ مالي مقطوع الشهر الماضي، أكد مجدلاني أن ذلك منوط ومرهون بعاملين أساسيين؛ الأول يتعلق بالوضع المالي للموازنة العامة، بينما يتعلق العامل الثاني في التزام الاتحاد الأوروبي بدفع حصته للبرنامج والتي توقفت خلال العامين الأخيرين.
وقال مجدلاني: في حال التزم الاتحاد الأوروبي بدفع الدفعتين المتفق عليهما فبالإمكان صرف دفعة أخرى قبل نهاية العام.
وأوضح وزير التنمية الاجتماعية، أن أكثر من 80 ألف عائلة من القطاع ونحو 30 الف عائلة من الضفة تستفيد من البرنامج، بحيث تتقاضى الاسرة الواحدة مبلغاً مالياً يتراوح ما بين 750 و1800 شيكل.
وبموجب البرنامج الذي بُدِئ العمل به قبل أكثر من عشر سنوات، فإن المستفيدين من البرنامج يتلقون أربع دفعات سنوية بواقع دفعة واحدة كل ثلاثة أشهر، ولكن خلال العامين الماضيين لم يتمكن هؤلاء من استلام أكثر من نصف دفعة واحدة فقط، بسبب حجب الاتحاد الأوروبي لحصته للبرنامج والتي تتجاوز نصف المبلغ الإجمالي المخصص، بالإضافة إلى الأزمة المالية التي عصفت بالحكومة.
